Pure PC Gaming Power: Alienware Area51 ALX

Alienware is known for building monsters and the new is defiantly monster. This thing can just tear threw and PC game on the shelf and spit it out and ask for more. If you are a hardcore gamer you can't get anymore "hardcore" than alienware, I mean just look at the case of the PC. I saw the newest model rip threw Elder Scrolls 4 : Oblivion with max settings like it was diablo 1.

Like I said before just the look of this PC impresses most people, hell any Alienware laptop or desktop in that matter. Alienware goes beyond looks and fills the inside with nothing but pure juice. I played with a "stock" model for over a month which had 0 optional upgrades from alienware and it blew my mind.

Built with a Intel Core 2 processor w/Dual Core and a Intel Core Extreme 2.93 Ghz 1066MHz FSB this thing is strong from foundation. The FSB Front Side Bus is one of the most overlooked computer specs for how much it effects your overall PC.
The FSB speed has a HUGE influences on the overall speed of your pc. I wont go into techy talk =) but a cheap slow FSB slows your whole system down, and 1066MHz is the fastest you can get today.

Now if your a gamer , like me then you know it's all about your ram quality and graphics cards baby !!! This Alienware hands down is a overkill in both fields. With Quad Geforce 7's and up to 4 GB of Dual Channel ddr2 sdram at 800MHZ this thing is a dream come true. Since you have 4 graphics cards if your insane and rich =) you could have 4 monitors, imagine that. I played with 2 and I was is awe.

Hard drive wise you can set this thing up above 2.5 terabytes which is 2,500 GB + !!!! You won't have to worry about running out of room anytime soon that is for sure. If you love to rip and download a lot of p2p programs & bit torrents all that space is just like a slice of heaven.

I played with this PC everyday for 3 months and never had a issue with it at all but I have seen multiple negitive reviews about alienware built PC's. Again .. I had 0 issues but if your gonna spend 6,000 $$ + on a hardcore gaming PC atleast go out and read as many user reviews as you can. Then after reading for a few days decide yourself.
