When unrelenting thoughts are trapped in your head

Take those thoughts and put them in a box

When you lay awake at night tossing and turning in your bed

Take those thoughts and put them in a box

When unpleasant situations take control of your sanity

Take those thoughts and put them in a box

When times get rough and you need a retreat

Take those thoughts and put them in a box

When you want to scream obscenities to folks crossing your path

Take those thoughts and put them a box

When you feel betrayed and you want to kick some ass

Take those thoughts and put them a box

When you're sick and tired because you've had enough

Take those thoughts and put them in a box

Place the lid on it, seal it tight and leave them there
