Stay At The Chateau Frontenac At Least Once In Your Life
Visitors to Quebec City owe it to themselves to stay at the luxurious Chateau Frontenac, a 5 star palace with legendary service and hospitality. Take A Waking Tour of The Old City
The only way to fully experience the quaint charm, romance and history of the city is by walking around town. Visit Place Royale
Place Royale was one of France's first settlements in the New World, built by Samuel de Champlain in the early 1600s. Today it has been beautifully restored to it's original cham and features theatrical performances by characters in period clothing, music recitals, restaurants, and the Eglise Notre-Dame-des-Victories a museum featuring paintings by Van Dyck.

A Birds Eve View of Quebec from The Capital Observatory
You can see for miles from the 31st floor observation deck of the Observatoire de la capitale. There are information guides taped in English, French and Spanish. The observatory is also the starting point for many guided tours of the city. Be sure to check before you visit for the exact hours of operation which are usually 10 am - 5pm. The observatory is also closed Mondays during the summer.

Shop Till You Drop All Over The City
Quebec City is a shoppers' paradise. Prime shopping areas include The Rue du Petit-Champlain - a pedestrian concourse with fashionable boutiques, art galleries ahd restaurants ... Place Quebec - an upscale shopping mall ... Galleries de la Capitale - a 250 store shopping mall ... and Place de la Cite - the largest shopping district in the entire province of Quebec with shopping malls noted for it's upscale and designer boutiques.

Ski or Golf Mont Sainte-Anne
If winter sports is your thing, visit Mont Sainte-Anne, just 25 miles east of Quebec City for down hill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding and dog sledding. During the spring,summer and fall, it's ideal for hiking, mountain biking and world class golfing at the 18 hole Le Grand Vallon Course.

When The Sun Goes Down, the Fun's Just Begun
Quebec City has a fabulous nightlife with a wide array of restaurants ranging from quaint bistros to 4 and 5 star restaurants, along with bars and clubs that offer excitement for just about everyone. Just don't come to Quebec City on a diet!
