Laughter gets credit for a lot of wonderful things. Besides being a mood enhancer, it is supposed to have health benefits. And it brings people together? Fabulous!
What is laughter, really? I know what it means to laugh, but laughter?
Laughter is a lot more than one or more person engaged in the act of laughing.
Laughter is sunlight for the soul; it is happiness captured in concrete form. Truly, laughter is all that is right in the world - love, goodwill, positive energy - in as close to a true physical form as any other I have ever known.
How could you not feel close to someone, sharing that between you?
Today's thought is to laugh more, even if that means laughing at yourself. Share laughter, and rejoice in sharing the wonder of it.
