Questions Over Obama's Legitamacy Still Go Unanswered!

So what if Barack Obama hasn't answered the question of whether he is a true natural born citizen of the United States that qualifies him to be the President of the United States? He's articulate, good looking, and he's better then the options that were offered to us. Plus he's black, so that cleanses the nation of the guilt of slavery. GW Bush may have committed the worst crime against the American people by fraudulently getting the children of America into a protractive and costly police action in two once sovereign nations, Afghanistan and Iraq, for the benefit of the United Nations. But, he prevented America from being attacked again since September 11 of 2001, as though America was being bombed and assaulted like England during its conflict with Northern Ireland. So that makes everything okay. The ends justify the means. So what. Right?

To even have so many people marginalize the issue of this man who now has his finger of the button of the greatest military arsenal in the world and who has the ability to dramatically shape the social infrastructure and environment of America, as the Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces and head of the Executive Branch of the United States. As to whether he is legally supposed to be in such a position shows how far intellectually this nation has fallen. The voters of the United States treated the election of Obama, and too many of their political elections, too much as though they were voting for the next winner of American Idol by justifying his election "so s to give him a chance to see what he can do." Completely overlooking the fact that he had only been a U.S Senator for barely 2 years, with a virtually unknown history of accomplishments in anything of substance. The voters required less experience of Obama to be President then they would a registered nurse with nice legs and tits with a great smile and silk sultry voice seeking to care for their mom.

How can he be illegitimate? He was properly sworn in ... right? Was he? The oath was not properly administered; remember the Supreme Court Justice inexplicably fumbled the oath. This the most important task of a Court Justice, it only happens every four years, on the same day and month exactly, and he wasn't prepared? So, should it not be wise for the citizens to question every ruling that he presided over to see if he may have fumbled any other crucial event? But, everything is okay because he later administered the oath behind close doors, in the presence of a very select few witnesses. Com'on this is the Presidency of the United States for god sakes not some trivial matter!

The question of whether Mr. Barack Hussein Obama is constitutionally qualified to be the President is like asking whether your wife, the mother of your children, is faithfully, truly, legally your wife, and not belonging to someone else. It comes down to basic truth, honesty, and loyalty. It certainly is anything but trivial. He is in deed the first African-American to be President of the United States. But, where do his loyalties lie; with Africa, or some other nation? Or America?

Nearly eight months since being elected president Mr. Obama has yet to present documents of his U.S citizenship to satisfy requirements of the Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, ... shall be eligible to the Office of President." The Founders thought it was important for the leader of the United States to be born of this country, to be of the American earth. Mr. Obama's eligibility issue is even more ominous due to the fact that there have been nearly 20 law suits brought by citizens just wanting to see proof of his actual place of birth. This is truly without precedence for someone elected to the Office. Occidental College transcripts are reported in a court order brought by The United States Justice Foundation to show that Obama, under his original name of Barry Soetoro, applied for financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship Program. The United States Justice Foundation reports that Mr. Obama has spent nearly $1 Million Dollars in 12 states to block investigations into his past. Why? Is there fire in the cloud of all of this smoke?

When I asked Tom Price, a Representative of the State of Georgia, in a recent Town Hall Meeting about the issue of Obama's legitimacy, he expressed it as being a troubling issue. [Paraphrasing] It is more than troubling; it is the most serious issue facing this republic. A fraudulent U.S President? If the man who now resides in the seat of the U.S Presidency is not what, or who, he is supposed to be, what or who is he? And what consequence will his presenting himself as the leader of the United States have on this republic and the world? He as already set the U.S government on a financial escalated decent into the abyss with his Trillions and Trillions of borrowing and debt for the foreseeable future to be beared by our children's children. He has bowed publicly to other leaders, such as the Prince of Saudi Arabia, and apologized for America's past dominant role to the Europeans on his past world tour. He has placed the once vaunted American auto industry, with the exception of Ford, under government and union governance in order to expedite the transfer of our manufacturing and technology to countries such as Communist China and Mexico. GM has reported that soon 1 out of 4 GM cars will be built outside of America. Question, how much will cars cost when they have to be imported back in to the country when the Dollar's value is low? He is primed to stack the Supreme Court with ultra-liberal-socialist personalities. He wants to place the American financial industry not only under the fist of the U.S government, but that of the United Nations, via the foreign owned Federal Reserve Bank, under the "Declaration on Strengthening the Financial System" as he pledged during the past G-20 meetings, as reported by the WorldNet Daily. He is doing everything in his power to allow the illegal colonization of America by Mexico by reversing and or eliminating all of the remaining policies to fight illegal immigration, even giving Millions to extreme anti- American, pro-illegal immigration organizations, such as La Raza, as he did in his rushed through "stimulus bill." While declaring military personnel and concerned American citizens enemies of the State in a Homeland Security Memo, and completely ignoring real national threats such as Communist China and the crushing economic effects of illegal immigration itself. His extreme socialistic philosophy pushes him to enact policies that reward the unproductive while punishing those who produce via wealth redistribution tax measures and statutory policies, not just on citizens but businesses as well. Thus, leaving both productive people and businesses seeking alternative financial positions and jurisdictions, even if it leads them outside of the U.S. In short, he wants to be the final nail in this once dynamic economic marvel, where freedom and independence and the rule of Law is woven throughout our sovereign republic so as to become a woeful, weak, interdependent, socialist nation with no national borders, and where law means what whomever is holding the ruler says it means. And the frightening thing is with today's apathetic populous who gets more upset with unethical and cheating sports idols and celebrities than their political leaders, and a complicitory Media he just may succeed.

Though one may see Obama's rise as the proverbial chickens coming home to roost due to a political system succumbing to a out of control, greedy, and corrupt political system, and an unvigilant, intellectually dumbed downed voting populous and citizenry. Some may say that this is some sort of prophecy coming true. As Sir Alex Fraser Tyler, a 1700's Scottish historian, once warned, "The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been two hundred years. These nations have progressed through this sequence: From bondage to spiritual faith; from spiritual faith to great courage; from courage to liberty; from liberty to abundance; from abundance to selfishness; from selfishness to complacency; from complacency to apathy; from apathy to dependence; from dependence back again to bondage." But, at least those people would be asking serious questions, like where is America in this timeline?

The issue of the Mr. Obama's legitimacy should have every American trembling to our bones. American's, maybe to our fault, faithfully entrust our liberties and freedoms to the ideal of honest leadership. Not so much that the leaders themselves where honest, necessarily, but at least the Constitution, with its checks and balances, would keep them from going too far out of bounds. We believe that the U.S President won't, or can't, lie to us, even after Nixon and Clinton and GW. The Founders banked on a vigilant and politically literate populous to be the final check on an out of control government. Some may say that such melancholy beliefs have long since past its practicalness. The Bible even warns of placing a foreigner over the people, set the foundation for Article 1:2 for the U.S Constitution, in Deuteronomy 17:15, "...one from among your countrymen you shall set as king over yourselves; you may not put a foreigner over yourselves who is not your countryman." The Constitutional predicament is when the head guy, purposely mis-represents himself to become the President of the United States, who is not of American soil, with an enabling Congress, hides the truth, makes all of his actions nearly without any Constitutional restraint and the American people without any grounds for seeking recourse via breach of the Constitution, because he will not be bound by a oath that he has not truthfully taken, because he is unqualified to receive the oath in the first place. For those who see the Constitution as something unneeded and burdensome. You may soon get to learn what life is like led by a king without its restraints and whose heart belongs to someone else.
