Quick 5 Minute Vegetarian Healthy Lunch or Dinner

It all starts with calories. When I first started trying to eat healthy and change my lifestyle it was difficult to find low cost, quick meals for me to eat for lunch and dinner. I want to be able to eat something that has a great taste, fills me up so I don't want to eat more, and has a low calorie count. It is not necessary to get rid of everything that tastes good. It is only necessary to change your diet to moderate amounts of different kinds of foods.

Anyone can develop great quick snacks or meals with a little creativity. Take a look down your spice isle and determine which spices you have never tried before. No home is complete without a large variety of spices. Food gets far more creative and interesting when you develop your sense of spice and seasoning. There are many amazing home food guides that explain spices and their general uses and I highly recommend your family has at least one general spice book to make your eating experiences far more rewarding.

Vegetarian Beans and Sweet Corn
