Ingredients

Serves 6
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
1 Cup Dairy Sour Cream
1 Package (9oz.) Corn Muffin Mix
1 Can (16oz.) Whole Kernal Corn (drained)
1 Can (16oz.) Cream Corn (undrained)
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions for Quick, Easy, and Cheap Holiday Corn Casserole

Preheat
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix
Using a large bowl mix together the egg, sour cream, and butter. (I usually do this by hand, however you can use an electric mixer on low)

Stir-In
Add both cans of corn and the package of corn muffin mix into the bowl while stirring.

Spoon
Spoon the mix into a buttered (or you can use baking spray) 2-quart casserole dish.

Bake
Bake in your preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Add
At 45 minutes, open the oven and add your cheese. Then Stir well.

Bake
Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until your casserole looks "puffed".
