1 Egg
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
1 Cup Dairy Sour Cream
1 Package (9oz.) Corn Muffin Mix
1 Can (16oz.) Whole Kernal Corn (drained)
1 Can (16oz.) Cream Corn (undrained)
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Preheat
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.2
Mix
Using a large bowl mix together the egg, sour cream, and butter. (I usually do this by hand, however you can use an electric mixer on low)3
Stir-In
Add both cans of corn and the package of corn muffin mix into the bowl while stirring.4
Spoon
Spoon the mix into a buttered (or you can use baking spray) 2-quart casserole dish.5
Bake
Bake in your preheated oven for 45 minutes.6
Add
At 45 minutes, open the oven and add your cheese. Then Stir well.7
Bake
