Quick and Easy Cherry Cream Cheese Ring

This is such a quick and tasty recipe! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Cherry Cream Cheese Ring

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 C. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
2 packages (8-count) crescent rolls
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In small bowl, whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and egg yolk. On un-greased baking sheet, arrange crescent roll triangles, overlapping bottoms and pinching them together to form large ring.

Spread mixture over dough, then top with cherry pie filling. Fold over points of dough and tuck under. Bake in preheated oven 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Sit back and enjoy!
