8 oz. pack Cream Cheese

Directions for Quick and Easy Cherry Creamcheese Pie Recipe
1
Mix
Mix the powdered sugar and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.2
Add
Add in the cool whip (still firm, you'll want to add this from the freezer - do not allow it to defrost to the point of a "fluid-like" texture. You'll need it thick).Mix until smooth and blended then set aside in the fridge.3
Crust
If you decide to make your own crust you will want to crumble the graham crackers and mix them in a bowl with softened butter (close to the point of being melted so that it absorbs into the graham crumbles). Stir well until the graham is in a near "moldable" state. Press the graham mix down firmly in a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.4
Add fruit
Add the cherries onto the pie crust (saving some of the syrup/juices for later). Spread the cherries around evenly.5
Top
Add the creamcheese mixture over the fruit and carefully spread evenly.6
Drizzle
Drizzle the left over cherry juice/syrup over the top and serve. - enjoy!Tip
To make this recipe even easier, purchase already made graham pie crust. (you will no longer need the graham crackers or butter)Though cherries taste absolutely delicious, you can be creative and add your own favorite fruit instead.
