Quick and Easy Crock Pot Breakfast Idea
It's so Good to Wake Up to the Aroma of a Breakfast That's Ready to Eat
Rise And Shine Breakfast
Ingredients
Six To Eight Eggs
One Pound Bacon, Ham, Sausage Or Steak
One And A Half Cups Cheese
One Large Green Bell Pepper
One Large Onion (Your choice of variety)
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Two tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
Preparation
Cut bacon, ham, sausage or steak in half to one inch pieces.
Grade cheese.
Cut green bell pepper into half inch cubed pieces.
Cut onion into half inch cubed pieces.
Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.
In large skillet fry cut bacon, ham, sausage or steak until done, drain and set aside to cool.
In a small skillet saute cubed green bell pepper and cubed onion in two tablespoons vegetable or canola oil until translucent in color, drain and set aside to cool.
In large bowl add eggs, salt and pepper to taste and beat well.
Beat and pour eggs, drained meat and vegetables into crock pot, stir well and set the crock pot on low.
Serve with fruit, buttered toast and Grandma's Peach Jam.
