These easy recipes can be prepared with just a few ingredients, and don't require cooking or baking.
Quick and Easy No-Bake Key Lime Pie Filling
Ingredients
1/3 cup Key Lime juice or regular lime juice
1 12-ounce tub of Cool Whip
1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
¼ teaspoon of freshly grated Key Lime peel or regular lime peel
Gently stir together the Key Lime juice and the sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl. Carefully fold in the Cool Whip. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Stir in the Key Lime peel. Place the filling into a Graham Cracker crust and chill for 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with a twist of lime dipped in sugar or lime-shaped candy.
Quick and Easy No-Bake Lemon Pie Filling
Ingredients
1/3 cup lemon juice (you may use any variety of lemons you like-this recipe is especially delicious with Meyer Lemons)
1 12-ounce tub of Cool Whip
1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
¼ teaspoon of freshly grated lemon peel
Gently stir together the lemon juice and the sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl. Carefully fold in the Cool Whip. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Stir in the lemon peel. Place the filling into a Graham Cracker crust and chill for 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with a twist of lemon dipped in sugar or lemon-shaped candy.
Quick and Easy No-Bake Cheesecake Filling
Ingredients
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese (softened)
1 12-ounce tub of Cool Whip
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Stir together the softened cream cheese and the Cool Whip. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until thoroughly blended. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the vanilla flavoring. Stir until blended. Pour the mixture into a Graham Cracker crust and chill for 6 hours or overnight. Pureed banana, strawberries or blueberries, or your favorite preserves can be mixed in before the mixture is chilled. Garnish with an artfully arranged split vanilla bean, chocolate shavings, drizzled chocolate or fresh fruit dipped in sugar.
Quick and Easy Graham Cracker Crust
Ingredients
1 ¼ cups Graham Cracker crumbs
1/3 cup softened butter
¼ cup sugar
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until set. To add more pizzazz to your delicious homemade Graham Cracker crust, stir in 1/3 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips and mix well before pressing the mixture into a pie plate. Make sure the crust has completely cooled before filling. For a traditional cheesecake crust, you can make two batches of the crust and fill the bottom and sides of a springform pan.
Delicious Brownie Cheesecake Crust
Ingredients
1 box of your favorite brownie mix
Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions. After the brownies cool, break them up into small pieces and place it in the blender or food processor. Pulse the brownies until they become the texture of slightly sticky crumbs. Press the crumbs into the bottom and sides of a springform pan. Fill with your favorite cheesecake filling.
