Send Home Notices

Send home notices to parents with a list of the items you need a week or two before the party. Provide an area for parents to send back a note stating what they are able to provide. Depending on your school policy, and your relationship with parents, you may wish to call them and add their contributions to a master list of items. This assures you that you will have all the items you need for decorating day.

Print Copy and Laminate

Print out and enlarge the image of the cupcakes you intend to make. Make a copy for each table and laminate. Include the directions for decorating the Halloween cupcakes. Consider having children read the directions to parents.
