Quick Chili Cheese Dip

1.5 Cups shredded cheddar or Mexican style cheese

1 Can chili with beans

1 Bag tortilla chips

Empty the can of chili into a large pot and heat on medium high for five minutes stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. When the chili starts to bubble, add the shredded cheese. Continue to heat on medium while stirring until the cheese has melted and mixed with the chili. Empty the contents of the pot into a serving bowl and allow to cool for three to five minutes before serving with your favorite tortilla chips.

To add some additional heat to your dip, add a small bottle of sliced jalapeno peppers.

Quick Cheese and Salsa Dip

1.5 Cups shredded cheddar or Mexican style cheese

1 Bottle of your favorite salsa

1 Bag tortilla chips

Empty the bottle of salsa as well as the shredded cheese into a large pot and heat on medium heat until the cheese has melted and mixed with the salsa. Do not use high temperatures or heat too long as this will turn the salsa a brownish color. Empty the contents of the pot into a serving bowl and allow to cool for three to five minutes before serving with your favorite tortilla chips.

You can make use mild, medium, or hot salsa depending on your preference.

Cheese Tortillas with some Kick

1.5 Cups shredded cheddar or Mexican style cheese

8 - 10 Flour tortillas

1 Package of your favorite taco or fajita seasoning

On a microwavable plate, spread out three or four tortillas and add approximately three tablespoons of shredded cheese. Lightly sprinkle a pinch of taco or fajita seasoning on each tortilla. Fold each tortilla in half and heat in the microwave for one to one and one half minutes. Allow to cool for two minutes before serving.
