1 cup Kahlua (or other Coffee Liqueur)
1/3 cup Superfine Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar, Plus a little for garnish
1 1/2 cup Quick-Cooking Rice
Whipped Cream
Wash rice thoroughly. Heat half & half, Kahlua, superfine sugar, salt and ground cinnamon. Bring mixture to a boil then add quick cooking rice. Cover; and reduce heat to simmer for about 15 minutes or till liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Serve in a dessert dish and garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar.
Served hot or cold.
