Air pollution is an important factor why we get wrinkles because it causes a lack of vitamin E in our skin. We can't solve the problems of air pollution but we can increase the vitamin E in our body by eating healthy food with enough vitamin E and this is one reason for preventing wrinkles in our face.
Some other factors which causes a higher risk for getting wrinkles are :
SMOKING
There is scientific proof that smoking will accelerate the normal aging process of your skin. The blood vessels will narrow in the outermost layers of your skin and there doesn't flow enough blood to your skin which causes a lack of oxygen and other important nutrients like vitamin A.
Smoking is also the reason that fibers which are necessary for the strength and elasticity of your skin will be damaged. There are also studies done which shows that smoking gives wrinkles to other parts of your body. Facial expressions like pursing your lips by inhaling the smoke and squinting your eyes by blowing out the smoke will lead to these wrinkles.
SUN EXPOSURE
Sun exposure is the main factor for getting wrinkles. People with a light skin and even with blue eyes have more chance that their skin will be burned in the sun. Also your hairstyle is important because some styles have a higher chance for exposure to the sun.
The ultra violet light is a danger for your skin and it is important that you take actions to protect yourself against exposure to these ultra violet radiations caused by sunshine. Dress yourself appropriate and protect also your legs and arms against exposure of the sun. Use also sunscreen for the parts of your body which can't be protected by clothes.
HEREDITY
In some families the people wrinkle more. This is something you can't avoid; it is in your genetics and gives you more chance for getting wrinkles. Living on a healthy way and using daily sunscreen are probably the only things for limiting the risk of wrinkles.
DEHYDRATION
Dehydration is another important factor for getting wrinkles. It is important that you drink enough water because otherwise the skin loses more moisture than it takes in. Drinking water is always important because it cleans your body to digest and absorb the necessary vitamins and nutrients.
Drinking enough water will keep your skin healthy and has a positive influence for preventing wrinkles. Dehydration leads mostly to thinning of the skin with the consequence that you will get wrinkles on your skin. Normally your skin loses naturally a half glass of water every day which means that you need to drink water for supplying your loss of water. Using moisturizers can be helpful and it depends of the dryness of your skin which kind of moisture is suitable for you. The dryer your skin is the more hydrating moisture you need.
DIET
It is important to take a healthy diet for preventing wrinkles. A well balanced diet which provides the necessary vitamins and nutrients are necessary for your general health but also for preventing wrinkles.
Avoid eating fatty foods, sugar and avoid or at least limit drinking coffee and alcohol. Food which protects against wrinkles are vegetables, fish, olive oil, reduced fat milk products, fruit, food which contains zinc like by example seafood or lean meat and wholegrain cereals are good choices for a well balanced diet.
Drink water or tea!
Although we can take preventions for getting wrinkles there are always risks we can't avoid or happens no matter how careful we are. There are many products on the market for fixing your wrinkles.
Products which offer quick fixes of wrinkles are rarely a good solution because they don't provide long-term benefits. A miracle product doesn't exist and you can compare it with a diet. There are products which offer you immediately effect but on the long term they don't have a good result and many side effects. It is the same with quick fixes for wrinkles.
Some products like by example Freeze 24/7 offer you benefits on the short term but the long term effects are uncertain. The company claims that the freezing effect comes from two ingredients: gamma aminobutyric acid (which blocks the signals between nerves and muscles) and gynostemna pentaphyllum extract (used in Chinese medicine for relaxing the muscles). On first sight this looks great but there is no scientific evidence that this product affects the facial muscles.
Botox is another product for quick fixes for wrinkles and has also only effects on the short term. There is also a high chance for allergic reactions and this product is dangerous when you take antibiotics or if you are pregnant.
A better product is "Bioque"; the name looks a little bit but it is another product and the effects are different. Bioque is not a quick fix for wrinkles but will have positive effects on the long term. This product will relax your muscles but also rebuild the structure of your skin. Your skin will not only look youthful but your appearance is really so!
Take the necessary preventions, live on a healthy way and if you need a product to get rid of wrinkles search one which gives a good on the long term. That is the key for living without wrinkles!
