While many of the applications are already preloaded on the BlackBerry Curve 8330, some do have to be added. One example of this is the VZ navigator. To add many of the new applications of the BlackBerry Curve 8330; you must first make sure you have the most up to date software on your phone. Selecting the Menu, options icon, can determine which software version your BlackBerry Curve 8330 has, then "About" and look for V0.0.0.00 (platform), that is the current version of software on your BlackBerry Curve 8330. If you are new to the BlackBerry Curve 8330 or if this is your first blackberry, you will quickly find that everything is accessed through the icons.
Most Icons are labeled or shaped by what they actually are, for example to take a picture you would select the camera icon (it resembles a camera) and snap a picture by using the track ball. Many of the BlackBerry Curve 8330 application are just that easy. In order to record a video you will need to have a SD card already loaded in the slot, although after that you just select the video camera icon, and then begin using the track ball to pause and navigate other options associated with videos recordings. Blackberry's come with software for your desktop and the BlackBerry Curve 8330 is no exceptions. The software allows blackberry owners to synchronize email and other various applications on their home computers, along with being able to keep a back up of all files and contacts on your BlackBerry Curve 8330 in case of any unexpected problems.
The BlackBerry Curve 8330 is an excellent choice for the person who is on the go, or for the person who just needs to be able to back up their phones on a regular basis. The full web browsing offers more access and viewing capabilities than your traditional cell phones; it is the same as if you were looking at the web page on a home computer. The 2.0 mp camera offers a greater clarity to your pictures, and combined with the wireless email options. the BlackBerry Curve 8330 allows you to send your pictures as they happened. The BlackBerry Curve 8330 may also be a phone, however it is a media center on the go to most of its users.
