A quick and easy way to prepare your steak in the oven.
Ingredients:
Steak (shoulder cut works well)
Balsamic vinegar marinade or dressing
Red wine vinegar
Garlic, fresh or salt
Olive oil
Pepper
Kosher or sea salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to Broil.
2. Put steak on broiler pan or cookie sheet (make sure it has at least 1 in height)
3. Salt the steak to your liking.
4. Drizzle with Olive Oil and vinegars.
5. Add garlic and pepper.
5. Broil each side 1-2 minutes.
6. Turn oven down to 500 degrees and continue cooking to your desired wellness.
7. I like well, which was apx. 7 minutes on each side.
8. Let steak sit for 10 minutes so it doesn't lose it's juiciness.
9. Serve and enjoy!!
Suggestion: Serve with potatoes, corn and a glass of red wine. Made this for dinner last night and it was very tender and yummy...ZING.
