Who Will Play in and Win the Sports Event of the Year?

The NFL playoff brackets are out and many folks are wondering about who the early Super Bowl predictions winner will be and who will play in the game.

With several favorites in a wide-open bracket, the answer is not easy to come up with for some.

The early predictions have the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons as the favorites to come out of each conference for the Super Bowl.

The Patriots are of course led by Tom Brady who had another MVP-type season. But the AFC is so stacked that anyone could come out of it.

The Super Bowl prediction here, however, is that the Patriots will indeed get it done and represent the AFC because they have home field over Pittsburgh.

The NFC is trickier.

Atlanta plays well at home and has all the ingredients to make a Super Bowl run but the Falcons don't have the experience of other teams.

Philadelphia is a good dark horse pick but Green Bay in the first round will take a lot out of them, most likely.

New Orleans has a shot at being a Super Bowl winner but a lot of improvement has to be made from the end of the season to repeat as champs.

Few people seem to be getting behind the Chicago Bears.

In the end, the Super Bowl prediction here is that the New Orleans Saints will represent the NFC.

It's a bit of a leap of faith to pick the Saints but they are capable of beating Atlanta on the road and the Bears are still not a team that many people have been sold on just yet.

Both Atlanta and Chicago will be tough to beat but the Saints have a draw that they are capable of handling if they play their best.

In the Super Bowl itself, the pick is simple: New England is head-and-shoulders the best team in football this year.

Surprising to some who thought they made a mistake getting rid of Randy Moss, but they are the best team now because of their discipline and skill across the board.

The early Super Bowl prediction here is as follows: New England 28, New Orleans, 21.
