Whereas a standard exercise machine is expensive, easily broken, and difficult to learn, a trampoline is affordable, long-lasting, and tremendously fun to use. You can increase your stamina, build muscles, and burn calories by simply rebounding up and down on a trampoline for at least one hour every single day.
Below is a list of a few simple trampoline exercises that anybody can do:
Bouncing
With your feet about a shoulder-length's distance apart, begin bouncing up and down on the trampoline. Repeat it until you begin to sweat. Then, increase your tempo.
Side to Side Knee Raise
Each time you bounce, raise one knee. Alternate between your left and right knee.
Twist Your Body
Keep your feet together at the center of the trampoline. Every time that you bounce, twist your body to either the left or the right. Make sure you don't overstrain your body though.
Jumping Jacks
While bouncing, start doing some jumping jacks. Make certain that you always land with your feet at shoulder's-width distance apart. Otherwise, you may hurt yourself or twist an ankle.
Jog in Place
Jog in place as if you are on a sidewalk. Start slowly so that you do not lose your balance. Once you get the hang of it, increase your speed. Make sure to keep your feet close together.
Knee Raise Jogging
While jogging, raise your knees all the way to your chest. It will place more strain on your body, increase blood flow, and consequently burn more calories.
These are just a few trampoline exercises. Honestly, there are dozens of trampoline regiments that you can try. To learn some more, check out early-morning television workout shows, speak with a professional at a nearby gym, or buy a book about it. If all that fails, refer to the Internet.
I also want to point out that trampolines do have a weight restriction. If you are an individual of larger proportions, ensure that the trampoline you purchase can support your added weight. Furthermore, always exercise alone on a trampoline. Bouncing alongside somebody else is risky to yourself and them. You might kick them by accident, or they might kick you, or you may fall on them. It's not worth the risk.
In conclusion, I readily recommend that you purchase a trampoline. Exercising on a trampoline is cheap, fun, and great for the body. Furthermore, you can maintain your own pace and workout anytime that you desire. No more driving to the gym, waiting for a free machine, or paying ridiculous monthly memberships. Ladies and Gentlemen, exercising at home is the fitness revolution of the new millennium!
