According to numerous reports, lead singer of the 80's rock band Quiet Riot, Kevin DuBrow has been found dead at his Las Vegas home.

Those who grew up in the 80's and listen to rock, can never forget one of Quiet Riot's most popular song's "Cum on Feel The Noize" or any of the band song's for that matter. DuBrow's death is a shocking event to anyone who loved rock and roll. Bandmate Frankie Banali states on his website "I can't even find the words to say, he then writes, "Please respect my privacy as I mourn the passing and honor the memory of my dearest friend, Kevin DuBrow."

DuBrow who was a young 52 years-old was found early Sunday evening. At this time the cause of DuBrow's death is unknown. There will be an autopsy done by the Clark's County Coroner's Office to determine the cause of death.

The rock band Quiet Riot began it's amazing career in the mid 1970's with four band members, Kevin DuBrow, Randy Rhoads, Kelly Garni, and Drew Forsyth. Over the years, band members have come and gone. In the mid 80's when the band was most popular, band members included Kevin DuBrow, Carlos Cavazo, Rudy Sarzo, and Frankie Banali.

Their hit single's Cum on Feel the Noize and Metal Health rocked the billboard chart's in 1983, making Quiet Riot the first heavy metal band to have a top 5 hit and a number one album, Metal Health both in the same week.

Quiet Riot's album's include Quiet Riot (1977), Quiet Riot II (1979), Metal Health (1983), Condition Critical (1984), QRIII (1986), Quiet Riot (1988), Terrified (1993), Down to the Bone (1995), Alive and Well (1999), Guilty Pleasure (2001) and last but not least Rehab (2006).

As a heavy metal lover, I can say that we have definitely lost a great musician as well as a great man. Rest in Peace, Kevin DuBrow.

Great coverage. I was sad to hear about his passing. I saw Quiet Riot live twice in the 80's - once as opening band for Black Sabbath and once as opening band for Iron Maiden. I have fond memories of the band, as well as Kevin's enthusiastic performances.
