Hey, hmmm, I believe you're refrencing the union of St. George's Cross (Red) with the Saltire or St. Andrew's Cross (white and Blue). This would be prior to 1606. Also, Charlie 2 removed the Arms of Ireland. It mainly rings Sex Pistols with me, but I'm most likely waaaaaay off, would have to research it to get at it exactly. In short, well-done! I gave it my best off the top of my head =-)
I have no clue, but I think it's cute anyway.
