We then concider the side effects of new unwanted issues aside from the menopausal hotflashes. The migrains that intrude and the wonderful insomnia. These are only a couple of the side effects of HRT.
Quitting the HRT is almost effortless as long as your not also on the progesteron. The deprived sleep you lost while taking HRT catches up to you and the sleeping is wonderful finally after all this time. There are some downsides to quitting. Many HRT consumers that quit end up with a nagging headache and fluxuating hot flushes along with moodswings. If you can handle that you are on your way to being HRT free. If the hot flushes and moodswings bother you, pick up some soy isflavones 50 mgs. You can find this at your local grocery store. This may help aleviate some of the side effects. If you are going to quit be sure to lower your dosage instead of going cold turkey so you don't shock your system. Heres to going HRT free.
