Quote of the Week by Sir Peter Ustinov
Peter Ustinov Background was a Combination of Many Nations and Spoke Most Ot the Languages from Those Countries
He was born in London in April of 1921 and died at the age of 82 in 2004 in Switzerland. He was married three time and did many things in his life from playing tennis, yachting and loved race cars, He was a big reader and also loved music, not to mention the many roles he played on and off the stage,
He became a Swiss citizen to avoid the high taxes of 90% in England but he remained a favorite of the Queen of England and she knighted him in 1990. He won three Oscars, one Golden Globe, three Grammy's, and was nominated twice for Tony's. He was indeed an amazing man and at the time of his death, he was the President of the World Federalist Movement that believes that sooner or later there will be one World government. He worked diligently for the United Nations Children's Fund for years
This amazing man was the product of a mother who was a painter and dancer, and a father who was a spy most of the time. Many believe that his father was the spy known as U35 during WW2. Peter himself spoke many languages, English, Russian, German, Italian, Spanish Turkish and Modern Greek so it made him a wonderfully diverse actor that could portray any accent.
He made so many wonderful statement it was hard to pick just one quote
"Prejudice is an indefinable weed which is at its most insidious in the greenest of lawns."
By Sir Peter Alexander Ustinov
