Update Page Views at the end of October 2, 2009

Commentary:

On October 2, 2009 this page view race came to an end. As stated previously, Tamara McRill took the Gold Medal. Jennifer Budd came from up from the 6th spot to capture the Silver Medal. Christopher Hundley was the Bronze Medal recipient. I want to highlight the fact that since the race ended, both Janet Hunt and M.G. Hardiman passed 50,000 page views.

In the total page views for the contest period there was more jockeying for position, but in the end the final order was Tamara McRill, Jennifer Budd and Christopher Hundley were the respective Gold, Silver and Bronze Medal winners. Kayla Wardlow who led this portion of this race at one point ended up a close 4th.

In the total page views for the contest period, there were no changes in the top three positions. Jennifer Budd continues to lead. However, some other Contributors cut into her lead. She now only leads Tamara by 435 page views. Also, I want to make note that Sherri Thornhill jumped from 10th place to 9th place.

Update Page Views at the end of September 8, 2009

Commentary:

Today Tamara McRill took the Gold Medal in the race to 50,000 Page Views. Though she started the contest with a bit of a lead, she seized control of the race from the beginning and never gave an opportunity to surpass her lead. Currently, Jennifer Budd is poised to take the Silver Medal and Christopher Hundley looks like to have his sights on a Bronze Medal. Janet Hunt and M.G. loom in 4th and 5th place respectively and could lead a charge down the stretch.

Jennifer Budd continues to lead Tamara in the total page views for the contest period. Tamara is in 2nd place and trails by 894 page views and Kayla Wardlow is in 3rd place and she trails Jennifer by 3,309 page views.

Update Page Views at the end of September 6, 2009

Commentary:

It is no surprise that Tamara McRill is still on top in the race to 50,000 page views. Jennifer Budd leaps past Christopher Hundley into 2nd place. Christopher Hundley now is in 3rd. Janet Hunt is in 4th and she will need a big day or two to medal is this event.

Today was a wild ride in the total page views for the contest period. Jennifer Budd jumps from 3rd place to 1st place. Tamara McRill remains in 2nd place, trailing Jennifer by 915 page views. Kayla Wardlow falls from 1st place to 3rd place and now trails Jennifer by 1,360 page views.

Update Page Views at the end of September 4, 2009

Commentary:

There are still no changes at the top in the Race to 50,000 page views. Tamara McRill remains the leader. However, Jennifer Budd has been making a bit of a run and has now past Janet Hunt and moved into 3rd place. Also Nancy Canfield has moved past Donna Thacker and is now in 6th place.

Tamara McRill continues her assault on Kayla Wardlow's lead. Kayla now only leads Tamara by just 168 page views. Jennifer Budd is also making noise in the total page views for the contest period. Recently, she commented on the race, by asking if the 4th place finisher earned an award. The answer to this question is no, but if Jennifer keeps up her fine work she won't feel left out. She has now moved into 3rd place and trails Kayla by just 1,385 page views. So Jennifer is in 3rd place in both parts of the contest.

Update Page Views at the end of August 31, 2009

Commentary:

It is beginning to look like Tamara McRill will never surrender her lead in the race to 50,000 page views. As she closes in on this mark, it is beginning to look difficult to forsee any other outcome. Christopher Hundley and Janet Hunt still could catch her, but they will need to have some big page view days and have them soon.

When this contest began, Tamara held the lead in total page views for the contest period for 10 straight updates. On August 5, 2009 she held her biggest lead over Kayla Wardlow by 1,386 page views. However, Kayla Wardlow went on a page view tear and took the lead away from Tamara in total page views for the contest period. She has held this lead for 19 straight updates. On August 21, 2009 she led Tamara by 4,133 page views. However, since that date, Tamara has trimmed that lead to just 1,416 page views. The question is can Kayla regain her hot streak or is Tamara's momentum going to carry the day?

Robert Hundley, is the Contributor to pass 31,000 page views and in doing so keeps his hold on 3rd place. Kayla Wardlow continues to rule the total page views in the contest period. She leads Tamara McRill by 4,o60 page views and Robert Hundley by 4,568 page views. Those two remain in 2nd and 3rd place respectively. Jennifer Budd keeps a hold of the 4th spot and seems to be capable of making a run at either Robert or Tamara.

Update Page Views at the end of August 14, 2009
