Clothing:
Rachael Ray always dresses sexy, but never strays from classy. She doesn't shove her goods in everyone's face, and she still looks damn good!
She wears a lot of the same types of clothing, but different prints and colors.
For shirts, any of the shirts from the links below just scream "Rachael Ray!!".

Her shoes are always comfortable. She wears flats (or ballet flats), low heels, sandals, flip flops and sneakers.
Jewelry:
Rachael Ray is usually cooking, so she doesn't wear much jewelry other than her wedding ring (which actually could be a nice touch to your costume), or some stud earrings.
Makeup:
Rachael Ray also doesn't wear very much makeup. She has olive skin, dark eyes and dark hair.
She usually wears a very light color on her brows (using a pencil), and eye shadows in browns and golds swept over her eyelids and above her creases.
Black mascara is then applied, as is coral-y, rosy blush applied to the apples of her cheeks.
She then uses a pink-ish lip stick with a gloss on top, or a sheer/pink lip gloss only.
Hair:
Rachael Ray chopped off all of her hair, but you are most likely to be thought of as Rachael Ray on Halloween if you stick to her older, longer style.
This requires long, dark brown, layered hair (or a wig).
Part your hair in a wide zig-zag, starting at the middle of your face.
Take the top, front layer of hair (in sections) and a large-barreled curling iron and curl the sections towards the back of your head. Hold for 7 seconds, and slowly pull back and down.
Do the same in the front for the layers under that top layer, as well as in the back of your head.
For extra curl/wave, you can curl the very ends/bottoms of your hair in different directions for a contrasted look.
Hair-spray will hold this just fine, but if you have a gel, mousse or clay/wax, you can scrunch the bottoms for extra-hold.
Props:
The best prop to bring along with your Rachael Ray costume would be some sort of kitchen utensil.
A spatula and a whisk in each hand would be best, but you can also use a ladle and a rolling pin.
