Rachel Uchitel Denies Being in Reality Show with Michael Lohan

TMZis reporting that both Rachel Uchitel and Michael Lohan are denying the reports that came out earlier this month they were doing a reality show together.

This comes a day after news was released authorities in New York want to speak to Lohan about a domestic violence complaint filed against him by fiance Kate Majors. Majors claims Michael hit her so hard she feel over a chair and injured her shoulder. She also claims Lohan kicked her in the face hard before leaving their apartment Monday night.

Tuesday morning Michael Lohan flew to LA with his attorney to be with his daughter Lindsay Lohan when she turned herself into authorities to serve a 90 day jail sentence. Lindsay reportedly told officials she didn't want her father anywhere near her.

When he returned to New YorkTMZ caught Michael Lohan at his home where he said his quote about the fight with Majors being about the reality show the pair was doing with Tiger Woods mistresses Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James was taken out of context.

Rachel Uchitel released a statement Wednesday denying any involvement with Michael Lohan and said she was busy promoting her appearance on Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew to do any other reality shows.

Michael Lohan still stands by his statement that he never touched Kate Majors and that Majors made the whole story up to sell her story to the tabloids to get money and sympathy. He said she is also trying to cash in on the news surrounding the Lohan family at the moment.

Rachel Uchitel meanwhile claims she only met Michael Lohan once at a party they attended on Long Island, but hasn't spoken to him since. She did say Lohan mentioned producing a reality TV show, but she never agreed to be associated with it, and Lohan never asked her to be on it.
