Radar Online Releases Picture of Oksana Grigorieva with Broken Teeth - PHOTOS

There were rumors floating around the Internet that Mel Gibson's ex girlfriend, and mother of his daughter, Oksana Grigorieva had a photograph taken of herself after her alleged physical fight with Mel Gibson in which she claims he broke her teeth. RadarOnline published a photograph Friday that shows Oksana with two chipped front teeth.

The picture, if real, is disturbing and indicates Oksana may have been involved in a physical fight in January. Whether it was with the Oscar winning actor and director at his Malibu home is still being disputed.

Grigorieva also charges the fight knocked out a veneer on her front tooth and she received a concussion in the fight.

Grigorieva and her lawyers are using the photograph as evidence in her ongoing legal battle with Mel Gibson over money, property and more importantly who will have custody of their 8 month old daughter, Lucia.

If the picture proves to be from after a fight with Mel Gibson they could be used to bring domestic violence charges against Gibson. Gibson didn't help his defense against the charges by recently admitting in a recording Grigorieva deserved to be hit in the face.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department recently opened a criminal investigation into allegations Grigorieva was physically assaulted while she held her then 2 month old daughter, who she claims was also hit in a scuffle.

RadarOnline for the most part has remained quiet about who is supplying them with the incriminating pictures and tape recordings Oksana made in which Gibson calls his child's mother a "Wh*re" "Sl*t" "C*nt" and a "Pig in Heat." He also found himself being criticized by Jesse Jackson and the NAACP when he told her, "If You Get Raped By A Pack Of N*****s, It Will Be Your Fault."

But representatives for Mel Gibson are questioning the authenticity of the photograph and claim it was photo-shopped in an effort to destroy Mel Gibson's reputation and character during a bitter court battle.

Mel Gibson's lawyers said they have repeatedly attempted to contact Oksana to have her provide evidence she needed immediate emergency dental work done after the fight and claim to date Oksana has refused to provide any evidence.

Gibson's lawyers claim several sources close to Oksana Grigorieva said the Russian musician never had any damage to her teeth and never had dental surgery in January, which brought on the claim the picture was photo-shopped. This would contradict what her dentist said in court when he said he was the one who took the picture and claimed Oksana had physical damage to her mouth.

During her taped conversation with Gibson Oksana can be heard telling Mel he hurt her when he hit her and broke her teeth, to which the person in the recording said, "you f**king deserved it."

Mel Gibson's lawyers are also disputing the validity of the person in the recording with Grigorieva saying they can't tell if the voice of the male in one of the recordings is really Mel Gibson. They also claim the first tape released to RadarOnline was tampered with and cut and pasted to make a conversation that never happened.
