Radiance by Britney Spears - Celebrity Fragrance Review

I have always been a big fan of the Britney Spears' fragrances. From the ultra-fruity Curious to the cotton candy-like Fantasy, there is a fragrance which is suitable for everyone. Britney Spears recently teamed up with Elizabeth Arden once again to design a new celebrity fragrance called Radiance, which I received as a Christmas present. Did Radiance by Britney Spears live up to my expectations?

Beautiful Bottle

One of the things that I admire the most about the fragrances by Britney Spears is the beautiful design of the bottles. The bottle design of Radiance by Britney Spears is as beautiful as her previous fragrances. It is designed to look as though there are pink, light blue and crystal clear gemstones built into the glass bottle. If you love to collect perfume bottles like me, you'll definitely want to add this one to your collection! I give the Radiance perfume bottle 5 out of 5 stars.

Subtle, Floral Scent

If you did not like Curious or Fantasy by Britney Spears, there is a chance that you will like Radiance. The fragrance, which has a somewhat more mature scent, is most comparable to Britney Spears' perfume Believe. While there are some fruity notes, it is a mostly floral fragrance. If you prefer fruitier fragrances like me, Radiance by Britney Spears may not be the best option for you.

According to Kohls.com, the notes in Radiance include jasmine, orange flower, iris, wild berries, dewy petals, bouquet of tuberose, amber, skin musk and cashmere woods. While Radiance by Britney Spears is an ideal option for women who love a subtle perfume, I tend to prefer a more dramatic and "loud" fragrance. For this reason alone, I give the perfume 4 out of 5 stars.

Reasonably Priced

The price of Radiance by Britney Spears will vary according to retailer. You can expect to pay about $40.00 for 1.0 oz or about $50 for 1.7 oz. Of course, this is comparable in price to many other celebrity fragrances. To get the best price on Radiance by Britney Spears, be sure to check out department stores, such as Kohl's. Avoid purchasing perfumes on bidding sites like eBay, as it is common for these scents to be diluted. I give the price of Radiance 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Overall, I give Radiance by Britney Spears 4.5 out of 5 stars. If you love light floral scents that are appropriate for work and also are also weak enough that they may not trigger an allergic reaction, Radiance may be a perfect choice for you. I personally prefer Curious, Fantasy and Believe to Radiance by Britney Spears. I love this celebrity fragrance bottle and think that it smells good, but the scent is a little bit too subtle for my own tastes.
