Ramiele Malubay Escapes Another Elimination
Ramiele Malubay escapes another elimination and makes it into the Top 9 on American Idol. After a less-than-mediocre performance Tuesday night, the judges seemed to repeatedly emphasize the fact that she was struggling with an illness that most certainly effected her performance for the night (even though her voice sounded fine during her post-performance interview with Ryan!).
Paula, usually at a loss for creative words, fell back on her over-used Ramiele-describing phrase of "big talent; little, small package."
During Hollywood week Ramiele showed off her powerful instrument, but has lost credibility with the judges with her week-after-week notably poor song choices. At this point, it is most definitely her past performances that have been pulling her through the eliminations (along with her stylish and endearing characteristics).
