My Personal Introduction

In the year 2001, I had the opportunity to partake in events from a wondrous school situated at Yelm, Washington.

This school is called "Ramtha's School of Enlightenment".

When and how did I first learn and know about this school? Alas, this is where the story begins, however the spotlight upon this article should be placed on what I learnt at the school and not on how I came to know of it.

In 1989, I had decided to go to a "Whole Life Expo" at the Penta Hotel in NYC. Here, I met many people from all spiritual and psychological walks of life that were advertising themselves as channellers, healers, metaphysicians, nature and animal activists, et cetera. Through the rumors down the grapevine, sprung forth a name - JZ Knight.

I knew not a thing of this woman and neither of her work with a spiritual master teacher by the name of Ramtha. In fairness to myself and to her, I called the school and asked for information. Little did I know that I was about to embrace what was destined to exist within my life's course of furthering my evolution, in all strata of my existence.

Despite the information which I had received about the school, I wandered around for twelve years before finally deciding to attend the school. Prior to this, I had been attending to other areas within my life which I felt needed attention. Still, in the span of those twelve years which trickled upon my "time path", every now and then I would think of this school and wonder about it. I would often listen to the complimentary cassette tapes which had been included in the "introductory package" which would be sent to those inquiring about the school at that time. Now that I think of it, this introductory package was the biggest "invitation'' that had probably ever been sent to me in the way of gleaning more wisdom upon my life's journey.

It was my choice to accept the invitation. After my retirement as being an undercover for the authorities - which I must add at this point, was a forced retirement on my part for I felt I was heading nowhere by wasting my time continuously subjugating myself to violence each day which, sadly, is strongly embedded within our societies of today - only then did I give myself the gift to further expand.

Now without work employment, I found myself one private evening questioning if I had enough funds to not only reach this wondrous school of enlightenment, but to actually partake in its events. I cast the doubt aside, mustered what I could financially and set myself towards the school. I had an incredible tenacity and determination. Little did I realize, but my "school lessons" had already begun - within this time.

And why have I written the latter words? I will share to you. I felt that I knew of this school. I felt that I had been a part of it a long time ago. Call it reincarnation, or whatever suits your mind's analysis, but I felt that this school was already a part of me. The wisdom of it already pulsing within my Soul, but my Mind was still hungry to taste of it again.

I needed to return. Call it destiny if you wish. For me, it had to be a compulsory action.

I ignored all the mundane details. The controversies, the heresays, the rumours, the ignorances....the doubts. I put this all aside. These trivialities were not going to impede me from what I felt I needed to ... re-experience. Perhaps a "nostalgic re-take", but one reality was certain - I wanted to further experience and to obtain more knowledge.

I had agreed to the invitation.

The School - I Am The Beginner

When one returns to the school after a long absence or even entering into its realm of instruction for the very first time, we all start as beginners. "Ramtha" would affectionately address the beginners with his own words, "Greetings, my little beginners". And indeed, beginners we were.

Personally, for me, it felt like a long absence. I welcomed being a beginner once again.

And what do beginners learn? I learnt humility to begin with [Note: Not all Beginners learn this, nor is it specifically taught or emphasized]. The School provides teachings which are sacred. The School is not a playground. It is there to help one cultivate greater consciousness and awareness.

It teaches the significance of the Mind, and how with the Mind one can achieve realities which most would not believe could unfold or transpire. It teaches about how to get rid of set limitations which hinder the process of learning. It teaches how to overcome the obstacles of fears. It teaches about how significant the attitude is, and that with the right knowledge and attitude all realities are possible.

It teaches significantly how people, places, time, things, and personal events matter in the sacred construction of knowledge. And how one can then utilize this knowledge to further advance in achieving greater wisdom by experience. For this is what wisdom is really based upon...experiences owned. No one can take your wisdom away from you. There is only one of you - namely your soul, and your experiences is your wisdom owned. No one can take this away from your soul. For each soul is on a different path.

It is one thing to be inspired by the knowledge which is shared with us, but it is another reality altogether to actually experience this knowledge. And the knowledge that is learnt is the awakening of what you - as the unique being that you are - are capable of understanding, learning, gleaning and manifesting.

In this light, the beginner first learns to understand about the concept that consciousness and energy create the nature of reality, hence:

Consciousness + Energy = Reality

As the beginner, we learn of this first. Oh, but there is so much more. This is only the start. It is, indeed, an incredible journey.

In order to fully understand, one must accept the "Invitation" also.

Powerful teachings! I don't understand how K-6 resources are related to this article. This is the second time I see this weird mistake. Maybe this publishing firm put this article in the wrong category?
JZ Knight is a good teacher!

JZ Knight and Ramtha are the inspiration behind the movie "What the Bleep do we know!?" I enjoyed reading.

Aly, if the ultimate potentialities of the mind-consciousness interest you, then personally I would recommend the school. What I've written about is, in essence, an iota of an iota of how much more one is capable of learning. Glad you liked. ;-)
