Random Thoughts: Dang, These Were in My Brain All Along?

Back to Kevin Federline, it's interesting that one Fresno newscast said he was from Fresno while another said he was Clovis. I'd tell them to make up their minds, but does either city want to claim him?

To everyone who voted for Bush, a.k.a. Dubya and Lucky: Regretting it now?

I'm wondering how O.J. will get out of his latest dilemma. I'm sure ACME will be involved, but I wouldn't trust their products. The Coyote will back me up on that.

You know what? I want universal health care. Call it "socialized medicine," but at least I'll know my taxes are paying for something useful.

It's funny that Bush approves of more spending for the Iraq war, yet vetoes a bill expanding health coverage to children from low income families. Wait, no, it's not funny. It's sad. Very sad. Bad Bush, bad. No soup for you.

I'm not amused by Christians condemning nonbelievers. I've heard of Christians saying it's wrong to interact with nonbelievers. Quick question to holier-than-thou Christians: How are you going to spread the Word if you're keeping it to yourselves?

For the record, Catholics are Christians. I'm sick and tired of them being spoken of as though they're two different religions. Brief history based on what I know: Jesus came and went, his followers established what would become the Catholic Church, the Orthodox Church split from the Catholic Church, and Protestants split from Catholics over many disputes, including indulgences. Then along the way, the Mormons and other sects showed up. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm prone to doing that. I am human, after all.

I believe God is above gender, so I refer to God as "They" since "It" is rather insulting to the force that created the universe. Also, I don't think it's safe to assume God's opinions on certain issues. God sent us a message to follow, but it looks like all Their middlemen muddled it up.

If someone explains how conservatives can abhor abortion while embracing the death penalty, I'll give them a Pizookie.

Money is not the root of all evil. That would be love of money. Pieces of paper and metal will not make you evil. They do not bite. Coveting them will.

It seems that no matter what culture you're raised in, women are always placed below men socially. Big mistake, guys.

I thought I was the only one who didn't know of In-N-Out's secret menu. If you don't live in Nevada, California, Arizona, and Utah, don't worry about it. If you do, gotta love those fries.

Lindsay Lohan got out of rehab. Who's taking bets to see how long she'll last?

I still feel sorry for Jamie Lynn Spears.
