Random Thoughts to Help You Find Your True Self

Emily Gaston
If we fear what lies in our path, we will never move forward.

Above all, trust yourself.

A friend's eye is a good mirror.

Instinct is stronger than upbringing.

One negative thought creates ten thousand distractions.

Are you expecting to please everyone?

For you to win, someone must lose.

Do not betray the trust of those who have FAITH in YOU.

Do not lie, especially to yourself.

Slow down! You can't shoe a running horse.

Look not where you fell, but where you slipped.

Speak from your heart. It's risky. It's unrehearsed. It's spontaneous. But, it's honest.

You tend to try to rectify your shortfalls by working even harder. This only makes you feel more inadequate.

Don't think yourself into an early grave.

Do not squander life.

The shell must break before the bird can fly.

It is perfectly right to accept love from others, even when we don't completely love ourselves.

EVERYTHING can CHANGE in a MOMENT.

Relax, this is your now
