Rat Control Solutions for Your Backyard

In my neighborhood the rat problem has been particularly bad ever since Hurricane Katrina made landfall August 29, 2005. They are constantly in the backyard especially in the early morning and late evenings. My lab goes nuts when they are in the yard and he has killed one or two occasionally.
