Kid Friendly Recipe

What better activity to go along with a movie about cooking, then an easy recipe that your kids can put together? Try out this fun Popsicle recipe, it's easy to make doesn't involve the oven and your kids will love them on a hot day.

Put a small amount of vanilla ice cream in each section of an ice cube tray. Pour in a little bit of root beer and freeze for two to three hours. Remove from the tray and put a few in a cup and let your kids enjoy them with a spoon.

Another great snack kids can make is apples smiles. Have an adult cut an apple into thin slices, then spread peanut butter on one side of the slices. Put a row of marshmallows in the peanut butter then put another apple slice, peanut butter side down on top. They taste great.
