Rationalized Rhyming Haikus

102 Rationalized Syllables

David A. Reinstein, LCSW

I found pleasure in
A dysfunctional product
Because I bought it.

I ate a dead fish
And fought down my gag reflex
Because I caught it.

I found the lost thing
That you had given up on
Because I sought it.

I felt that English
Was a subject worth teaching
Because I taught it.

I assumed control
Of my own darker aspect
Because I fought it.

I never doubted
The idea that came to be
Because I thought it.

Wonderful work, David. Too bad the AC word processor mangled your first two lines (like it's doing to everyone.) It would be sheer perfection then.
