Everyday Raw (ISBN-10: 1423602072)
If you're not read for going all out eating raw this book would be a good choice. Although most of the recipes in this book are certainly 100% raw some of them are not. Matthew Kenney, the author, is a great chef and has put lots of tasty recipes in the book. One important thing to note is that most of the recipes require the aid of tools like dehydrator, blender and juicer so if you prefer to prepare your meal without any of those this book may not be the best choice for you.
Raw Food Made Easy For 1 or 2 People (ISBN-10: 1570671753)
The author of this book, Jennifer Cornbleet, has made a great effort in compiling heaps of tasty raw food recipes that do not require weird appliances to prepare. So if you don't like the idea of getting yourself new appliances just for making raw food then just get this book. Another great thing is that the recipes are easy and preparation time is nearly "instantaneous". That's a very important factor because many raw food require lots of time to prepare (dehydrating alone could take days to complete). One major caveat of this book is that lots of the recipes use nut so people who are allergic to nut may want to look for another recipe book.
