Raw foods specials on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Raw foods on the daily menu includes: Raw Tacos (Raw red cabbage stuffed with a "cheesy" vegan filling, avocado. A small Viet/Chinese restaurant, nestled in a strip mall. Lots of raw veggie dishes and they specialize in faux meats. Can be hard to distinguish vegan from non so it's best to read the listed ingredients on the menu. Many tofu dishes as well as juice drinks. No brown rice. Owners are very accommodating to requests. Limited seating. Call for hours because they fluctuate.

Super vegan friendly place with many raw choices. All produce is organic. Breads are whole wheat and freshly baked, including Roti - a traditional Nepalese flat bread baked in a special clay oven Organic all you can eat salad bar. Very reasonably priced menu items. Soups and salads $3-$5 each. There are sampler platters available for sharing priced at around $25 each. Organic, herbal and energy teas also available as well as desserts, such as Gajar Haluwa, a carrot based creamy pudding. Priced about $3 each. Entrees include Karma Korma, a creamy sauce with nuts and assorted Himalayan spices. Very colorful place to eat. Hindu/Buddhist inspired.
