Reading Can Spread Seeds of Hope

Imogen Rayne AAB BSCOM
Did you know that reading articles can spread seeds of hope to those families facing cancer's touch? Well you can, just by reading the diverse articles and poems, which I have written over the last few years. Most of my readers know that I am a freelance author and the founder of the Laugh at Cancer Organization.

Since, I began working for Associated Content and Helium, I have used my monthly earnings to help many families touched by cancer. Thankfully, I can receive a small upfront payment from Associated Content for certain topics. In addition, Helium allows me to enter contests and write for their Marketplace section.

Nevertheless, each company is different, so I invite you to help me raise money by just reading. This organization depends on donations made by its members and visitors, in order to keep this non-profit organization growing. However, I need your help to continue this mission of spreading hope. With each payment, I will continue to help those that need support and encouragement.

Before you go about your day, take a few moments and read an article or a poem at each website. Additionally, send your favorites to your friends, who might enjoy helping me spread hope also. By simply reading my articles, you can inspire or encourage someone, who may have already lost hope. Sometimes, families need someone to lean on, in order to cope with this life changing journey.

Currently, my monthly earnings are solely based on the amount of page views I receive for each article or poem. Furthermore, we don't receive any grants or government funding of any kind. I personally pay for all of this organization's monthly expenses. Unfortunately, we cannot continue to plan for monthly projects.

Our organization has several projects, which are aimed at supporting the patient and their families. Plus, I have many volunteer opportunities for someone with passion and dedication to help us make a difference. Thank you in advance for making a difference in the lives of families. Many times I meet patients, who feel so alone in this battle for their lives.

In conclusion, this non-profit organization is helping families one at a time. We hope to plants seeds of hope in all members and visitors, since hope is so important. So, if you would like to help us, just take a moment to read my articles and poems on the Web sites listed above.

Good idea, where there is a will there is a way. But the cancer journey as you know is a challenge for all involved. For most any help offered is appreciated.

Lovely work, as always... A photo of someone reading, or the Laugh at Cancer logo would have been a really cool visual addition to this great article. Write on!
