My dog, Shelby is a minature poodle. She is three and half years old. I worked as an Day Program Service Worker, helping the mentally and physically challenged. My one co-worker bought a puppy. And her older dog wasn't too happy of the new arrival. She couldn't bring herself to take the little poodle back to the cage in which she came from. Everyone knew of my hopes to own a dog. So, we arranged for me to see the puppy. Once I saw her instantly I fell in love! She was a little and apricot, puff ball of curls. The little rascal follows me her mama, in every room thru the house. She's enduring! The sweetest puppy, our family was very lucky to be blessed by her. She can be jealous. Shelby licks my husband's nose whenever he gets near me. I guess I'm her territory.
So, now you met Shelby and you became acquainted with her.
One day I was lying on the couch watching a movie. Shelby was relaxing with me near my feet. I remembered the shocking pain coming from my abdomen. Shelby jumped right on top of me and jumped down onto the floor. It was strange I thought the pressure of my bladder was full and didn't give much thought of it initially. It happened regularly in the same sequence. It crossed my mind to get help from a doctor. I was suspicious of what could be possibly wrong? Everyone has some health problems along the way and I didn't want another thing added. I ended-up in the Emergency Room, with severe abdominal pain. The nurses struggled to get my blood pressure. A cyst exploded and I had several cysts on my ovaries. We were in the hospital for eight hours. The tests confirmed I had endometriosis.
I believe god is watching us through these helpful guardian angels. We don't pick them to be our pets. The pets pick us to protect and guard us.
