Novice Real Estate Tips and others written by AC Outlaw
This is the first of several real estate-related articles by AC Outlaw. Author AC Outlaw asks many questions, the purpose being to get readers to think and perhaps question themselves. AC Outlaw does eventually get around to giving us some very helpful tips. They're not what I expected but they will serve to help you psychologically.
Now as for AC Outlaw's other real estate-related articles, Real Estate: The Purchasing Power and or Real Estate: The Flexible Seller, they're all very unique, different and helpful. I counted 16 installments, but I could be wrong.

Real Estate Investing: Five Tips for Success by AC Producer Eric Brennan
Among all of the articles I read through on the subject of real estate, this is was one of the few that grabbed me most. Author Eric Brennan is direct, informative and takes very little time for exposition. There is what you might call sale sentences spread throughout the article. These are design to keep a reader interested. Face it, we've all bought into an advertisement at least once in our lives. Brennan describes certain tips in steps. Step one is all about the smaller you go the more cash you'll save and less hassles you'll have to deal with. Step two goes into where to put your money for renovation. Step three talks about the location. And, the list goes on and on. But the whole thing, this entire guide is very helpful and useful for someone who's just starting out in the real estate business.
