From there it is just a shot drive to Queens, the shopping malls in Nassau County and to Belmont Race Track and Cross Island Parkway will take you all the way to the North of Queens and connect with Southern State and Northern State Parkways.

And they are all unique, with some of the larger more expensive ones being mini estates with private pools and landscaped gardens. One house is more beautiful than the other. You can look at real estate all day and not see two that are exactly the same. Atlantic Beach is not a large community and there will not be that many houses for sale at any one time.
