Lorna Nobles is the owner and Principal Broker of Trademark Real Estate Agency in Hot Springs. Since 1977 she has been a part of the Hot Springs real estate world. Lorna has served as past Past President of the Hot Springs, Board of Realtors where she was Realtor of the Year in 1992. She is a life member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and is a Residential Market Master.
But more importantly, Lorna is a wife, a mother and a grandmother. She knows what it means to need not just a house, but a home. She treats each customer as if they were her family. She is determined to give back to the Hot Springs community, realizing that without that community support, her business would not be a success. She asks that each of her agents to work hard and still find time to support the backbone of Trademark: The Hot Springs Community! This is one of the reasons why Trademark Real Estate has been named Small Business of the Year by the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce twice since 2004.
Lorna's daughter Laurie Rushing works right alongside her mom at Trademark in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Laurie graduated from nearby Fountain Lake High School and went on to the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, intending to earn a degree in Engineering. But just shy of her graduation, she realized that real estate was in her blood. It was her passion. So she returned to Hot Springs with her husband Cliff and children Tara and Kevin, and came to work for Trademark.
Since that time, Laurie has made a name for herself in the Real Estate industry. Having served as the 2008 Chairman of the Hot Springs, Board of Realtors, she currently is serving as the 2009 Board President. Laurie has also been on several of the Board's committees, including Education, Legislative, Technology, Protection and Public Relations!
Laurie specializes not only in residential sales of lake homes, condominiums, city and suburban homes, but can also search their current listings for lots and acreage to begin new home construction for your family or business. Mrs. Rushing also has vast experience in Commercial Property including helping corporations find real estate who might be considering relocation to Hot Springs!
For those more interested in the Hot Springs Village area, whether it be for the excellent local schools, or as a golf community member, Jim Burns at Village Pro Realty can quickly help you find what you're looking for.
Jim has more than 35 years of helping people. As an executive broker, he strives every day to treat his customers as they deserve to be treated. This philosophy in the Real Estate world came from a life time of experience in working with the public.
An ordained Baptist Minister, Jim pastored full time and has also served as a nursing home chaplain and taught at the college level. When it comes to his dealing with people, Jim Burns has worked with people of all ages, from the very young to the very old.
In 2002 when he retired from the ministry, he and wife Nona relocated to Hot Springs and began to sell real estate. In 2005, Jim's sales exceeded 4 million dollars, and he now specializes in residential investment properties and new home constructions. Village Pro Realty also handles listings for vacation properties, so if you're looking for somewhere to take your family for a week in beautiful Hot Springs Village, Jim's the one you need to call!
Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village will meet your every need whether you want to stay a week, a month, a summer, or a lifetime. The cities have PGA approved golf courses, and 3 lakes that provide swimming, fishing, boating and camping. Both county and city have excellent schools, including the Arkansas School for Math, Science and the Arts, which is a residential high school for academically gifted students.
Historic downtown boasts art galleries with world-renowned artists in residents and a once a month Friday night Gallery walk where residents and guests can stroll in the warm spring breeze and meet the artists, while watching them work.
If this community sounds like a place you'd like to relocate your family, be sure and give Lorna, Laurie or Jim a call to help with all your real estate needs!
