Real Estate for Under $300,000 in Queens New York

Regina Sass
Queens is one of the best places to live in New York City. It has a large variety of real estate choices, each neighborhood has its own personality and Manhattan is easily accessible from most places. For under $300,000 your real estate choices will be mostly one and two bedroom co op apartments. Know what your budget is, see which neighborhoods have real estate with in your range and take some time to look the neighborhood over, see if it fits your lifestyle. If you need to travel to Manhattan, take a day a go there early and take a train or bus like you would have to if you lived there. Time your trip and make sure it is convenient for you. It is a good idea to contact a realtor. They do get information on real estate coming on the market before the general public does, especially if they have a good track record with the different co ops. Good luck and enjoy your new home.
