'Real Housewives of New Jersey' News: Joe Giudice in Trouble Again..

Ruh-roh... this REALLY isn't bueno for Teresa Giudice. This is some straight up, seriously bad times. She had better get to writing some cookbooks with other people's recipes REAL quick. Just start copying the sides of mac n cheese boxes, girl. These are some desperate times ahead of you...

So gossip gallywag, Radar Online, is reporting that Joe 'The Juicy One' Giudice was arrested in his home Friday for obtaining a drivers license with his brother's marriage license and birth certificate last June. Um...what? You have to drive THAT bad, dude? Can't Tree just add you to the carpool? And since it was the government he was trying to skirt, they tend to frown on that in a big way, so he's looking at a 2nd degree charge and 10 years in the pokey. He's also in hot water for fraud in he and Teresa's $11 million bankruptcy filing, which could still see some criminal charges come down.

Gotta love Teresa though. Girlfriend has her hussle down and she's Tweeting and Facebooking like it's no big thing, "All is well here in the Poconos! Nothing to see here! Happy wife, happy life! Move along! I'm just about to take myself for a walk on the beach with my head in 12 ft of sand!"

See, this is what happens when you act all sanctimonious about someone getting into trouble... your problems tend to be a whole lot bigger and much more public when it happens to you. Kind of how Karma and the Universe works, you see. Maybe you should have cut the wayward 'Prostitution Whore' a break when you found 'the book' and learned about her little stint with the Columbian Drug Cartel 25 years ago... things might be different for ya.

And if you close your eyes, you can hear the cackle of Danielle Staub piercing the chill March air as Karma redeems her just a bit once again. Now if only someone would pick up that pilot she filmed...

So Joe's bail was set at $50K and no 10% would do. That's a WHOLE $50k to get him out. Not good times at all. Will this latest Giudice scandal make it to Season 3 of RHONJ? Who knows...but it doesn't look like the drama is going away any time soon.
