4 eggs - large or extra large
6 oz yellow cheddar cheese - shredded
8 oz mozzarella cheese - shredded
1/2 cup sausage - crumbled and sauteed
1/2 cup ground beef -crumbled and sauteed
6 strips bacon strips - crumbled and cooked
2 jalapeno peppers - sliced and sauteed
2 scallions - cut and sauteed
6 garlic cloves - sliced and sauteed
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 frozen pie crust shell in pan

Defrost Pie Shell and Saute Meats and Vegetables
Saute ground beef, crumbled sausage and cut up bacon strips, along with the garlic cloves, scallions and jalapeno peppers in butter or oil. Defrost pie shell and prick holes with a fork in the sides and bottom of the pastry2
Mix Eggs, Cream, Dry Seasonings, Cheeses and Sauteed Meat and Vegetables
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt. Add cheeses and sauteed ground beef, sausage, bacon,scallions, garlic cloves and jalapenos. Mix well and pour into pie shell.3
Bake in Pre-heated 400 Degree Oven For About 45 Minutes
Bake in pre-heated 400 degree oven until top turns a golden brown ... about 45 minutes usually ... give or take 15 minutes depending on your oven. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.4
