Eight years ago Iraq was carrying out genocide on the Iranian's were was America then? I'm afraid it lies much deeper then what is being reported. If you had your eyes open in the first place you would know that Ahmanidijad (or whatever) did say he wanted Isreal off the map, it was BRODCASTED ON LIVE TV. He considers Israel; Satan and America;little Satan. Can you really blame Israel for being so defensive? They've been attacked in history many times just for existing, check you history books. Havent you seen the people teaching children how to chop of the heads of American's? Havent you seen them burning the U.S. flag on many more occasions than one? Havent you heard their hate speech saying that they want the downfall of America? So why dont you move over there if your soooo convinced that they're harmless, im sure they wont do anything to you, after-all you are American.
Iran is threat to the entire region not just Isreal. Remember the Iranian backed coup in Bahrain? The UAE and Saudis have requested our help with Iran. I can't speak fo rht eArab community, but when I was in the Middle East, many of hte Arabs considered the Irans Persian invaders, not Arabs.
I'm too sure about hte crediatability of Congressman Jim Moran. What boards does he sit on? Is he a junior congressman? I would be more concerned with statements from the State Department than a Congressman. John Hagee's qoute scares me.
