Ingredients

Serves 8
l 1 17.3-ounce box of Kellogg's All Bran Flakes (not Kellogg's All Bran Buds)
l 2 1.5-ounce, 6-packs of Sun Maid Raisins (individual servings) or 1 1-pound box (family)
l 1/2 gallon of cold milk (skim, 1%, 2% or whole)
l sweetener (honey, cane sugar) or none

Servings size given is for individuals, family size is in parenthese (--)
Start by getting individual cereal bowls x number of persons to be served (or one large serving bowl)

Prep the cereal
Pour 2-ounces Kellogg's All Bran Flakes in a cereal bowl (or 8-ounces of cereal in large serving bowl).

Add the raisins
Add 1 1.5-ounce pack of raisins per cereal bowl (or 2 cups of raisins to large serving bowl)

Add sweetner to taste

Mix
Mix wheat flakes and raisins together lightly

Serve with cold milk and enjoy.
