Reasons for Not Believing in "God"

Articles
Here are some reasons for not believing in God:

1. Everyone has their own definition of "God".

2. Many of these definitions are not scientifically verifiable.

3. People use their definitions of "God" as justifications for brutal acts against humanity.

4. You can easily apply some of the concepts that are applied to the linguistic term "God" to other terms such as "banana", "wind", or "truck".

5. The concept of "God" is man made.

6. Those who most strongly say that "God" is on their side are most likely to fail.

7. It is better to rely on objective reason than to sit there waiting for "God" to bail one out of a situation.

8. "God" spelled backwards is Dog.

9. Delusions of grandeur are detrimental to success in life.

10. Because "God" doesn't exist.

I get the feeling you are trying to take the mick. is it some sort of joke with the God=Dog thing. Besides these are opinions and you havent even given any reason as to why your saying them.

These are opinions, not reasons.. I surely could list my opinions as well regarding not believing in God, however they are my opinions and many see things differently.. I am not sure if your writing here is to piss people off, get attention or what, but I think if you put your mind to it, you would probably get out some good articles..Controversial, but good.

I was hoping you would supply reasons/arguments for at least some of the ten items you listed; I was disappointed. As for the statements, you started out fairly strong, but when I got to number 8 I felt like it was all just a joke to you. =)

Hoping to start a riot? lol
Interesting, sometimes humorous points (some of which are completely valid, of course).
