Development at 101 Boerum Place is moving along slowly but surely. Neighbors have had to look at the large blue scaffold in front of the construction sites for weeks now.
Surprisingly, this building is not going to be a new apartment complex, but there is a possibility that it will be a duplex. It is listed as a single family unit on its permit and has another listing at 103 Boerum Place according to 2onBoerum.
2onBoerum is a blog dedicated to the construction going on at 101 Boerum Place. The blog shows construction progress and has pictures of the building's façade being bricked.
