These are the ingredients that you need to have and how they should be prepared prior to cooking.
9 oz of beef that is cut into small cubes
3 cloves of garlic that is sliced into 4 pieces
1 medium onion that is sliced
2 medium tomatoes that are sliced
4 oz of tomato sauce
3 oz of liver spread from a can
3 oz of cheese that is sliced into cubes
3 tbsp of olive oil
3 medium peas in a pod
½ tsp of salt
3 medium potatoes sliced into 6 pieces
2 cups of water (1 cup of water if you decide to use a pressure cooker)
Now that you have all your ingredients ready and prepared, let us go into the actual cooking.
1. Set your stove to a medium setting and preheat a pan for a couple of minutes.
2. After you have finished preheating your pan, put in the 3 tbsp of olive oil and wait for a couple of minutes.
3. Next you will want to add the garlic to the pan and saute it. You will know it is finished when it turns a golden brown color.
4. Then add in the onions and saute it as well.
5. Next put in the tomatoes and saute those too.
5. After you have finished that, add in the 9 oz of cut beef and saute it.
6. Then add in the 2 cups of water and the 3 peas in a pod to the rest of the ingredients that are already in the pan. Wait until the beef becomes soft.
7. When you have waited a short while, put in the potatoes and leave everything there up to 15 minutes.
8. Finally, add in the remaining ingredients which are the 3 oz of liver spread, ½ tsp of salt and 4 oz of tomato sauce to the pan. Let all the ingredients simmer for about 2 minutes while you are constantly stirring everything.
That's it, you are finished! A fantastic meal for your family to enjoy!
